Management of personal data
L The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of June 21, 2014 on confidence in the digital economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

2. Purpose of the data collected
LEGIFORM SARL may process all or part of the data:
- To enable navigation on the site and, where applicable, the management and traceability of the services ordered by the user: connection and site usage data;
- To prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): equipment used for browsing, IP address, etc.;
- To improve navigation on the site: connection and usage data.
LEGIFORM SARL does not sell your personal data, which is therefore only used when necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.
3. Right of access, rectification, and opposition
In accordance with current European regulations, the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, users of the site have the following rights:

- Right to determine the fate of their data after their death and to designate a third party to whom LEGIFORM must (or must not) disclose it.

4. Non-disclosure of personal data
LEGIFORM undertakes not to process, host, or transfer information collected about its customers to a country outside the European Union or recognized as "inadequate" by the European Commission without first informing the customer
LEGIFORM remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the GDPR.
5. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-676)
LEGIFORM undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of information, in particular to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
In the event of an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of customer information, LEGIFORM undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to communicate the corrective measures taken.
Furthermore, LEGIFORM does not collect any "sensitive data."
The user's personal data may be processed by subcontractors (service providers) exclusively for the purposes described in this policy. Within the limits of their respective responsibilities, the main persons likely to have access to the data of users of the LEGIFORM website are the agents of our service provider.
The internet user acknowledges that the LEGIFORM website is governed by French law. Access to the website is subject to terms of use.
