Screening
Our screening module uses artificial intelligence to complement database searches for sanctions.
This extra feature lets you check international and European databases to find sanctioned people, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and negative press coverage (adverse media).
The results are automatically analyzed and classified according to their level of risk.
If a sensitive signal is detected, the third party can be placed under continuous surveillance, and any changes (new sanctions, change of status) generate an automatic alert.
An internal workflow governs the processing of alerts to ensure that each decision is validated and documented in accordance with AFA recommendations.
This procedure ensures the traceability and transparency of screening alert monitoring.
This system enables dynamic monitoring of third parties, in accordance with enhanced vigilance requirements and AFA standards.
Online questionnaires
Eval’tiers automates the creation and distribution of questionnaires tailored to the third party's profile and risk level: simplified or in-depth, depending on the criteria defined by your internal policy.
The forms are available in several languages and can be modified and customized according to your needs.
The third party responds directly online and attaches the required documents (URSSAF certificate, certificates, legal documents, etc.), ensuring complete traceability and full document compliance.
Each response follows an internal validation workflow, allowing the relevant departments (legal, compliance, purchasing, etc) to review the files according to the identified risk level. This supervised process ensures validation according to the risk level and documented assessment of the third party.
Document management
This module allows you to obtain supporting documents from your third party, verify them, and update them throughout the contractual relationship.
In particular, it allows you to manage due diligence requirements, insurance certificates, accreditations, and professional certifications.
